2020 has been a crazy rollercoaster ride and it’s easy to forget to do the little things for ourselves that are so important for self-care. So we’re using all of October to give you some friendly meta reminders on how to care for yourself and your oral health.
The American Dental Association recommends that you brush your teeth in the AM and before you go to bed every day for at least 2 minutes each time; and do it with purpose! You would be surprised how much of a difference good technique can make. If you are wondering how, don’t be shy to ask your dentist or hygienist, we are always happy to show you. Or check out this ADA site https://www.mouthhealthy.org/en/az-topics/b/brushing-your-teeth.

If you can brush after every meal, even better!! Do what you can and be kind to yourself if you forget here and there. After all, we want you to build healthy, sustainable habits for life, not just for the month of October. Do it for your health!
